What is The Honest Brand Kit?

Do I need Canva Pro to use the templates?
No. All templates are designed with free Canva elements and fonts. A free Canva account is enough.
How do I access the templates after purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive an instant download with:
- A PDF containing your unique Canva template links
- A folder with AI-crafted branded images
- Playbooks & Calendars (PDF and/or Google Sheets)
Simply click the Canva links to open and edit the templates.
Can I customize the templates to fit my brand?
Yes! You can edit fonts, colors, images, and text directly in Canva to match your brand identity.
Product Usage & Compatibility
Do the templates work on all devices?
Yes. Canva works on desktop, tablet, and mobile. For best results, use a desktop or laptop when making bulk edits.
Can I resell the templates or images?
No. The Honest Brand Kit products are for personal or business use only. Redistribution, resale, or claiming them as your own design/template is strictly prohibited. (See licensing section below.)
Can I use the templates for multiple businesses?
No. Each purchase is licensed for one business / one brand only. If you need to use them for another brand or client, please purchase an additional kit license.
Can I use the images outside of Instagram?
Yes. The AI-crafted branded images included with your kit can be used on your website, email, or other marketing materials — but only for your own brand. Redistribution is not allowed.

What is the license for the templates?
✅ Permitted: Customize for your own brand/business. Use for social media, website, and marketing.
❌ Not Permitted: Reselling, redistributing, or using them to create new templates for sale.
❌ Not Permitted: Sharing Canva links with third parties (unless they are your direct team members working on your brand).
What is the license for the product images?
The AI-crafted branded images included in each kit are exclusive to The Honest Brand Kit.
✅ You may use them for your brand’s social media, website, or printed marketing.
❌ You may not resell, redistribute, upload them to stock libraries, or share them with third parties outside of your brand.
Each kit purchase covers use for one business only.
Can I use the kits for client work if I’m a designer/agency?
Yes — but only if you purchase one kit per client/project. You may not buy once and reuse across multiple clients.
Technical Help
What if I lose access to my download?
No worries — just contact us with your order details, and we’ll resend your download link.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Can you customize the kit for me?
