• No physical items will be shipped.

2. All Sales are Final

• Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• Once files are delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
  

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate purchases made in error.
• Technical issues that prevent you from accessing your files (and cannot be resolved by our support team).

• It is your responsibility to ensure you have the software, apps, or accounts necessary to use our templates (e.g., Canva for Instagram templates).
• We do not issue refunds if you purchased the wrong product, changed your mind, or no longer need the files.
